A ONE™ Year
Follow Up Program with access to our staff to keep your health on track
ONE™: The
Napa Valley Personal Health Experience empowers each person far beyond
a day of mere testing and treatments. Over 12 months, your ONE™ support
team will continue to provide guidance and counsel, whether by phone,
email or in person. This helps keep your health on track.
Our
experience together is the first chapter of a story – a quest for
knowledge which nurtures a complete understanding of oneself – physically,
intellectually, emotionally, socially and spiritually. At day’s end we
believe that a quick consultation on a variety of medical test results is
not enough to best serve our clients’ needs. We view the conclusion of
the day of testing and assessments as the beginning of a very important
relationship that is carefully nurtured in the year to follow.
A
comprehensive yearlong program, ONE™ is devoted to achieving optimal good
health for our patients, regardless of current health status. For the 12
months following the initial visit, a schedule of quarterly contact is
established with the supervising physician and multidisciplinary team:
experts in diet and nutrition, exercise physiology, stress management and
emotional health.
It’s
important to note that ONE™ is not intended to usurp or replace the
enduring relationship between clients and their attending primary care
and/or specialist physicians. Our team works in concert with all
practitioners as a resource for all involved in patient care. In fact, we
frequently make referrals to medical specialists, primary care physicians
and other allied health professionals.
Follow Up:

–year ONE™ Program only)
Quarterly
follow up and coaching by the physician and the ONE™ program team will be
